Meet Dave DeMarco

Dave is a Rhode Island–based, award-winning and published fine art nature photographer. For him, the peace and tranquility of sunrise and sunset are powerful forces of reflection, connection, and renewal. These themes shape his coastal photography, with a special love for the quiet transition and saturated colors of blue hour when night gently turns to day.

A natural teacher and mentor, Dave is passionate about both the technical craft and artistic expression of photography. His online lessons are designed to develop both foundational and advanced skills across a wide range of topics, including composition, landscape fieldcraft, and seeing in monochrome. His in-person field workshops offer meaningful, hands-on learning experiences. Whether online or in the field, he helps photographers slow down, see more intentionally, and grow with confidence.
